Back to Portugal

We have just booked our place in Portugal again.  As usual we are going to Rocha Brava near Carvoeiro in the Algarve.  We have done six weeks over the last few years, but only four this year because of other commitments.  We spend some time with several other Canadian couples and they are all going again.  As well we have met several European couples and they are fun to be with.

You can check the map below.  Rocha Brava is the area just to the left of the Alfanzina (lighthouse).  Vale de Centianes is a beach.  The map is active.  You can zoom in and explore the area or zoom out and explore the world.  Changing from MAP to SATELLITE view may throw an error.  Just close the error and everything will go back to normal.  You can also click on the View Larger Map function and the map will fill your screen.  Just hit the back arrow to return.  This is just Google maps, but there are few problems working within the blog. 

We are changing units this year.  For several years we have taken a two floor townhouse, but we checked out a one floor only a few hundred feet away and decided to go with it.  A British couple own it and have furnished it well.  In addition it has a second floor sundeck and it is only a stone's throw from the heated pool.
